Local Pickup & Delivery: When picking up/Delivery please have exact change. Please make sure to check all your items.

Store Policies

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on all merchandise.

Shipping Policies:

All sales are final on all merchandise. No-return or

exchange policy for any items to protect the health and safety of our customers. Each item goes through a detailed quality check before it is sent out. We don't issue any money back, or store credit. We are also not responsible if your package is stolen once delivered or if you put the wrong shipping address. If you put the wrong address or apartment, please contact us immediately as orders are usually shipped out the same day. If the order was already shipped, we will get in contact with the carrier to try to help you but there is no guarantee that it will be able to be fixed as the package has already been shipped out. There will be no returns or store credit on stolen packages, you will have to file a claim with the carrier. There are also no refunds or store credit issued for incorrect addresses.
